Who We Are
Our roots and the source of our expertise
Stapleton Resources was founded in 1993 by Jerry Stapleton. What we teach is based on Jerry's groundbreaking work in the trenches. For the first twelve years of Jerry's sales training life (from roughly 1987 to 1999) he conducted more than 1000 joint calls with client salespeople from over forty companies of every imaginable size and type.

Jerry wasn't simply a "ride-along consultant" to artificially observe salespeople in action. He was an extension of his clients' leadership team and carried client company business cards so that he could actually show salespeople the many nuances of conducting Business Resource-based customer interactions on real calls.

Our passion for implementation and simplicity
Today, even though we no longer travel with salespeople, our work continues to be extraordinarily hands-on, with a hyper-focus on the nuances of implementation. Moreover, while other training companies never seem to stop adding complexity to their offerings, we never stop seeking ways to simplify ours.
