How We Work
Depending on your circumstances, Stapleton can work with you in three different ways:

  1. Directly with Your Company
    All direct client engagements contain some mix of six core deliverables:
    • Business Resource assessment
    • Work with client's leadership team
    • Stapleton Online eLearning
    • Live, group sessions
    • Audio practice portal activities
    • Implementation tools
  2. Indirectly with your company through Stapleton's Certified Business Resource Coach (CBRC) process
    We can teach you how to teach the Business Resource Mindset to your team. On successful completion of the CBRC process, you will have access to Stapleton's curriculum and tools and will be certified to teach and coach them internally. This approach is well suited to willing sales leaders or to in-house training personnel.
  3. With individual salespeople through Stapleton University
    We work with individual salespeople through Stapleton University. We can work with individuals in a variety of ways, ranging from a totally online, self-directed environment to an environment that involves group classroom practice sessions with other Stapleton University participants.
